Yeah, and you should see how much bubblewrap and brown paper it needs.

Scary: No. Swansea has the worst car crime in the UK, beating even Merseyside.
Mind you, once they've nicked the cars they don't know what to do with them.
I once heard of some city council that decided to flood the place with distinctive and slightly crap bicycles, so if you needed to go somewhere, you'd just pick up a bike and ride there. They thought that no-one would steal them as there were so many lying about the place.
They all got stolen.
They wouldn't steal bikes in Swansea. Too many stolen cars to knock them down.
